let's get on the same page.

home.

i need to tell you something.

this isn't the world's best memorable password generator.

well, i guess that's to be debated. let me rephrase:

this isn't the world's most secure password generator.

it's pretty good. i'll give myself that.

generate a password and paste it into one of the many password strength tester websites and they'll tell you they're very strong (one even suggests it would take 321 undecillion years to crack - probably not true, but it's an indication of strength).

they're right; in theory, these passwords are very strong. they could be stronger though. this is why you are encouraged to change them up a bit. add some more numbers, more characters, different words, spell things differently, or incorrectly.

what i'm saying here is:

i cannot be held accountable for your password being cracked, hacked, stolen, guessed, neglected or any other password or login woes.

i'm telling you straight: using a password consisting of 'real' words, as opposed to a password that is a random assortment of letters and characters, is not as strong.

i'm not saying the passwords generated by this site shouldn't or can't be used; they absolutely can, i'm just putting it out there that i don't want to be held in any way accountable if, for any reason, they should be compromised in any way.

i'm covering my ass.

that being said, i absolutely believe in this password generator and wouldn't have released it if i thought it was a security risk of any sort.

as is mentioned a few times on the site: once you've generated a password, mix it up a bit to make it extra secure, then go for it. you're good.

thanks for reading. safe browsing.

want to try it?
